Btooom season 2 is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Junya Inoue. An anime adaptation of the manga was produced by Manga House and aired on Tokyo MX, from 4th October to 20th December ,2012.The series is of the genre science – fiction and action . The show was a big popular hit, and a video game was released under the same title.

The season 1 was a great success, and fifty chapters of the manga was serialized in the first season. Till now, there is no news from the studio regarding a second season.
But there is nothing to worry. There are many chances that the show may make a come back. There is a lot of material, which can be converted into the story for the second season. So if the creators of the show, rethinks about a second season, a season 2 may get released by the end of this year or early in next year.
Characters in Btooom Season 2
The story is about Royota and Himiko. Royoto is a genius in the game, but he has a sad story in real life. His mother thinks that he is lazy, and has no ambitions in life. So his mother puts him up in the game.
Himiko is a young girl, and she is betrayed by her friends. The other characters include Nobutaka Oda, a dangerous player, Kiyoshi Taira and many more.
Btooom Season 2 :Plot
The story is about Ryota Sakamoto, a 22 year old boy. He is unemployed and lazy and unambitious. But he is a top player in an online game. But things go upside down, when he gets trapped in an island. He looses his memory and the only one aim is left with him, that is survival. Slowly he understands that, he is trapped in the real virtual version of the online game, in which he was a topper.
The game is much similar to Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. He finds out Himiko, who is a character who plays his wife later. The season one puts up so many questions in front of us. There were two versions for the ending of the seson1. So there are a lot to come up in the second season. Let us wait and watch.
