Well, to all the ones who are waiting for the season 2 of this anime series, there is a possibility of the returning for Grimgar of Fantasy and ash season 2. The first season of this anime got released four years back in 2016.
Will the Grimgar season 2 return?
Talking about the present time, there has been no official announcement of season two for now. This anime is inspired from the light novel series. After the popularity of this novel the creator came up with the idea of introducing this on television as an anime series. This isekai anime got aired on television from January 11, 2016, to March 28, 2016. In total it had 12 episodes. It was also licensed for international streaming by Funimation. However this anime didn’t resulted as per expectations. Also this might be one of the reason of not planning the season 2 for so long. However the season 2 can be expected to get aired later this year.
Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash Overview
As I mentioned before that this anime was adapted from a Japanese light novel series, the author of the novel was Ao Jūmonji whereas the illustration was done by Eiri Shirai. The story of this series revolves around a group of youngsters who were sent to the fantasy land with zero memory of their previously lived lives. However every characters tries their best to fit in the new world. The new fantasy world is full of challenges and each characters have their own sets of obstacles to cross.
