After a whole year being gone the creators of the famous gambling psychological thriller, ‘Kakegurui’ has not released any information for the renewal of Season 3 of the series. Season 2 aired in the 2019 and ever since fans have been patiently waiting for the next season.
Kakregurui Season 3 Overview:
Kakegurui a famous Japanese manga about a fascinating privileged Private academy named ‘Hyakkaou Private Academy’ and the show’s protagonist, Yumeko Jabami has just joined the academy and stuns everyone with his gambling skills, the social ranking of the academy revolves around one’s gambling skills in a series of games. Although she has no interest in acquiring the social praise via gambling she does it for fun and her own satisfaction.
Kakregurui Season 3 Release date :
MAPPA the creators of the series and the OTT platform Netlfix where the show streams none of them have made any announcements for the show. Although the fans are quite sure that there will be a season 3 of the anime as the manga is yet to be completed and the praise that the series has got makes it hard to leave it, the series has 7.6 IMDb rating with a very loyal and huge fanbase.
The series earlier has released in a gap of 2-3 years thus, the are theories that it may be released sometime in the late 2021. The delay may also be related to the current pandemic situations.

The series is related to the orignal manga so we’re expected to see further how the wealthy privileged students gamble against each other for more power. Moreover during the last season Rei Batsubami won many votes in the political race and said that she’ll be continuing further with Yuriko Nishinotoin as a tough competition this season will reveal the winner of the race. Also this season will include Rei’s story of how she was helped by a kind lady visitor when she was a servant to the Monobami clan and she was treated very poorly.
This is all we know so far, fans are eager and waiting for the any piece of announcement by the creators.
