BioShock in space is a sequel of BioShock series which was released in 2007 by 2K Games. The series is a futuristic retro game series that combines first-person shooter and role-playing elements giving player freedom to approach and solve the situations. The series explores the philosophical and moral concepts with a strong gaming base.
BioShock Game Evolution
BioShock game consists of three main game parts. The games are played as first person shooters. The player is used as a combination of physical weapons like guns, melee weapons, superhuman powers covering active and passive activities. The scenarios in the games offer multiple approaches a player can make like avoiding the enemy, hacking, or directly engaging in war and defeating the enemy. In addition to the weapons the players also get ammunitions that offer them modifications. BioShock In Space
The idea of the space city is inspired by 1960. The space race offers a greater deal of potential. The space city is a gigantic space with wonderful environment offering exciting gameplay.
Inspired by the original BioShock, the space city has technical and functional problems too. The huge space comes with difficulty in navigating through. The third installment did not get an overwhelming response from the crowd.
Prey is basically a Bioshock in space that is first shooter with flowers and alien jump scares. Prey is basically a thinking game where if you loose your weapons you can use the variety of powers, strategies or hacking skills to fight the enemy. A small amount of cleverness can easily save you from entering into battles.
Certain tricks like a situation where room was crawling with enemies, the huntress boltcasters and toy bolts can save you easily. Depending on the powers you have, you can choose old run and gun for a while for killing the stronger enemies. The aliens get wider and more hostile as you progress throughout the game.
