Tesla is an American electric vehicle company located in Palo Alto, California. It’s current products are electronic cars, battery energy storage, solar roof top and solar cars. Tesla was founded in 2003.
History
The company was founded 17 years ago, in 2003, by Martin Eberhard and Marc tarpenning. The company’s name pays tribute to the electrical engineer and inventor, Nikola Tesla. Elon Musk funded most of the times in new days of the company. He was the CEO of company till 2008. Company was founded as Tesla motors.

Energy products
Tesla energy builds develops and sells the solar energy generation system and battery energy storage systems. It’s energy products includes solar roof top, solar panels, solar inverter and solar shingle system.
Automobile
Tesla introduced four new car vehicle model named model S, model 3, model X and model Y. The first generation product of Tesla, Tesla roadster, is no longer available.
Tesla SUV Inside
Tesla SUV or Tesla model X is not launched yet in India. Tesla model X is a new model launched by Tesla Inc. This model uses falcon wing doors for passanger to get in. It’s production started in 2015 and continued till date. It is a five door SUV with conventional door at front and falcon wing doors at rear. It was designed by Franz Von Holzhausen, a famous German vehicle designer.
