“To Your Eternity” is a Japanese fantasy series by Yoshitoki Ōima. In November 2016, it got published in Weekly Shōnen Magazine. Then, Kodansha has collected its chapters into fifteen volumes. “To Your Eternity” is well developed and well-received by Japan and also got many awards. In North America, the manga was licensed by Kodansha USA for printed and digital release.
Kodansha later announced on 8th January that “To Your Eternity” manga will receive an anime television series adaptation to air on NHK Educational TV. It was scheduled to premiere on 8th October 2020 but got delayed due to the covid-19 pandemic and then it was premiered on 12th April 2021. It will run for 20 episodes. Oima inspired by her grandmother’s death and decided to write.
